Windows 8.1 automatic repair loop

If I fix my pc I will stay on windows 7 forever. Ok so the situation that I'm in is very bad
1.I lost my windows 8.1 disc
2.I don't have a usb
3.I don't have another pc/laptop (I have a tablet if that helps)

So this is what happened I opened msconfig and set it on safe boot cause I wanted the automatic repair for other problems but now it's stuck in an automatic repair loop I tryed everything I tryed the cmd repair too I can't even run it in safe mode. Is there a hero that can help me ? Or will I never see my beautiful pc ?

Keep in mind I'm not a noobie I know alot so you don't have to type a lot of details. I knew that it would have come to this but I took the risk. Sorry for my english.

Youre screwed. Find a friend with a computer to help you. You need a disc or USB repair disc. Windows 8.1 works fine for most applications. Don't be so quick to judge

On your pc with win 8.1 as soon as you turn it on keep tapping the spacebar to try to by pass the auto repair and go from there.

No dude it,s too fast there's no way that you can interrupt windows 8.1 when launching I tryed it

I had to try for like 30 mins infact this morn My 1 terabyte drive with over 800 gig of steam files died pisses me off WESTERN dIGITALS always seem to fail on me but I finally got it I kept having the loop as you have or it going on forever. Ran diag on my drive its bad,, RMA TIME.

That did not help the first command doesn't work

Don't be so quick to judge it has worked for others so with that being said maybe its operator error. Wish you luck on your pc but I belive you need someone in person to help you with the issues at hand.
