Windows 8.1 black screen after login screen but admin account working

I was having a update last night, but today i booted my pc, it went black screen with cursor, i can use the admin account, but i lost my all files in document file.
PC specs:
Windows 8.1+Windows 7 dual boot (Windows 7 are not being used because the same thing happend)
Intel Pentium G620@2.6GHZ
2GB DDR3
Intel HD Graphics
WD Blue 500GB 7200RPM
Help please?

Try this:
When you got the black screen press: ctrl + shift + esc > The task manager will show up, here go to File > new task > in the new little window type: explorer.exe > then click OK.

This must run the Explorer, the desktop and taskbar must show up.

Solved, by using the admin account for a while and the log back to the broken account. but thanks for helping.
