windows 8.1 blue screen issue.

I upgraded my laptop from windows 8 to 8.1 a few days ago.i am facing problems from then like slow boot,desktop takes longer to load.now i have blue screen issue.at start up the blue screen comes with message "please wait".and the cancel button is also not working.i am not able to do anything.Anyone can help resolving this issue?How to downgrade from 8.1 to 8?my laptop came preloaded with it.i don't have any product key.

If you are on warranty, call your manufacturer and request reinstall media. You can look up in the manual whet to press to enter "Utility" mode. Some lap tops would enter BIOS with F2, and Utilities with F4. If F4 works, see if there are any options to start in "Safe" mode. There is a code to enter command prompt and activate "safe mode"- let me know if you can enter F4. There also would be "Restore" options and "Refresh" options. Most likely it will not work. Hope you have Back up. If your computer starts- make sure you back it up.
