Windows 8.1 constant blue screening

I have recently built my new gaming computer with the new i7 6700k cpu and asrock super alloy h97 motherboard, running 16gb DDR4 Gskill ripjaws with Windows 8.1 and my computer is bluescreening multiple times daily!

I receive MEMORY_MANAGMENT
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCPETION
BAD_POOL_HEADER
and a few more errors!

I am really unsure as to the problem! I thought it might be the new i7 cpu may only be compatable with Windows 10 but havnt updated yet!

ANY IDEAS PLEASE!!?? WOULD REALLY BE APPRECIATES

Have you ensured that all hardware drivers are installed correctly? Have you tried running the PC with only a single RAM module installed? What speed is your ram (MHz)?

Yes i have replaced them all completely !!
