windows 8.1 download button not working

Not sure if others have experienced this, can't seem to find any forum message detailing the same issue.

I recently upgraded to the preview version of Win 8.1. Now that the preview period is complete I need to update to the full version.

However the page in the Windows store displays the download page for Win 8.1 with the download button obscured by the title of the page (Windows 8.1 Pro). The download button wont work like this.

Any ideas how to get it to display so the link works?

My PC originally had Windows 8 installed and I was given the option to try the Windows 8.1 evaluation copy. Now the evaluation has expired, I need to upgrade to the full version but I am not able to start the download.

You should check other updates for Windows 8, that download Windows 8.1. All updates downloading and installing ?

All other updates are downloading fine. I am up to date with my windows updates.

Its just this page which presents as a download page in the windows store for 8.1, but the download button does nothing when it is clicked. And as can be seen from the picture, it is hiding behind the title.

Do you try recovery system to other day?

No I haven't tried that because its been like this for a couple of weeks. I have tried this:

and I have run "WSReset.exe" from cmd. Both actions restarted the Windows store but I have the same issue.
