I have a home built computer from someone who is having trouble getting WIN 8.1 Ent to install. When I loaded the cd in I can partition the drive setup to new system reserve. Then it goes to install and sits at 0% in configuring windows. and pops up with error 0x80070075. I have Googled the world over this error code and can not find a fix that works.

When I go through each dialog box of WIN 8.1 Ent installation it freezes and gives no indication that it is working yet after 5min wait on each screen it finally changes to the next portion of the install. When it sitts at the 0% it takes about 15min then errors out. (0x80070075)

I can boot into parted magic no problem and used it to check the disk health. Also used the Format tool to change the file system to NTFS, FAT32. each time after restarting and going back to windows installer it resets FS back to unknown.

I tested the SSD it is working fine.
I flash upgraded the BIOS
Unplugged all other peripherals
Reset BIOS to factory defaults
I tried booting from CD and USB, didn't work
Changed the Format of the SSD to NTFS/FAT32 and others

If anyone has any ideas as to install windows 8.1 Enterprise and get it to run on the system that be great thanks.

Win 8 Enterprise is available as a trial download from MS. You can't buy it and activate it without a Volume Licensing agreement with MS, but it is there for a 90 day trial.
If you're installing enterprise and its not working you should contact your IT staff and have them help you. Otherwise I don't believe we are allowed to help with pirated software on these forums.

thats what I though it was at first to, bad files.
We have tried the Disk and USB, and we remade the USB 2x just to make sure it wasn't that.
and the copy we have is not pirated. We have an actual Product key for it from windows.

Through a provider that supplies windows product keys. Its a trusted provider.

yeah I have tried that as well.

And how does this not sound incredibly shady?
As said, Win 8.1 Enterprise is only available if you have a VL agreement with MS. You can't buy just one key.

There are a lot of 'companies' that sell 'windows product keys'. Few of them are legit.

I'v tested the RAM and the firmware is up to date.

I'm working in a computer repair shop all our license are valid.

That is not how Enterprise works and as a computer repair shop the likelihood of you having a volume key server some how servicing clients and your own shop is fairly low. Also you didn't really describe the key acquisition method correctly seeing as you should be directly requesting them yourself and not through third parties such as how the refurbisher program works.

So if you really are buying Enterprise keys in the manner described you should perhaps report the company you're buying them from and get yourself directly setup in one of the various resellers programs and msdn. You wouldn't want to explain to your customers why their windows installs magically stopped working when these people get found out. Individually requested keys should be using OEM, Retail, and MSDN and be flagged as such.

Side note that error generally means there's a hardware issue of some sort. If you are absolutely sure the hardware is fine and the installer is just being finicky for whatever reason just bypass the whole problem by imaging the drive or pull the drive and load it on another machine and put it back in the original machine.

again I will say it is a legit key, yes you can get any windows key as along as its through a windows representative that has access, which it is.

And yes I already tried installing it from another PC and moving it over. I could install fine it fine but when moving it over gave me a MBR missing prompt. Which wasn't surprising because thats what every place on the net said would happen. I then tried to do all fixs I could find for that issue in hopes that it would work.

but no go....
