Windows 8.1 Installation media problems

I've downloaded the windows 8.1 installation media tool. The problem is when i click ISO File and tried saving into my desktop, it shows the next page "Download did not complete succesfully" The parameter is incorrect. please help, i am sure my system is compatible

I personally always use other tools & sites for Windows Installation Media creation because they cause me less trouble.

I am not sure about the forum policy here so I will PM your more details.

If windows 8 media creation tool is not working, you can use
