So I just build a new pc 😀 (yay) I turned it on and iit seemed fine to me (This is my first build) The BIOS started and I took that as it was woring fine.

I put my Windows 8.1 64-bit DVD in the DVD drive and it showed the Windows logo. I picked my language and entered the product code. I picked my ssd to be where Windows should be installed and it got to next step. Now this is my problem, right after i pick the ssd it shows me the progress it will do. Copying files and that. Around 6 seconds after the computer shuts off.

First I thought ot was just restarting as it said it would. But then after 25 minuttes of waiting I thought that it could not be restarting. I have now tried doing the same thing 4 times and it shuts off at the exact moment every time. I tried putting my optical drive and ssd in different SATA ports but still the same.

I hope someone knows a solution to this problem. It is driving me crazy. Please help 😉

Solution
In BIOS Setup. check to make sure the Boot Priority Sequence is set to your optical drive first, and your SSD second. If you have to make a change to get this, remember to SAVE and EXIT.

I will try that. Thank you ;D
