I don't know I have problem with windows or something but my startup is really slow....

**my old experience**
I installed Windows 8 before and its quite good with fast startup and shutdown
after an update to Windows 8.1, I face a slower startup(the speed are not satisfy me as Windows 8)
It became slower and slower after some month until the system also become slower(this is the time when it start to become worst)
I've done some fix such as sfc /scannow chkdsk etc. check for malware virus etc.
But its no use....(didn't get/fix anything)
One day, the laptop completely freeze, I can do nothing
every programs are not responding til a window pop up titled 'Microsoft Corporation'(something like that) telling me to End Application/Program...
I had to format my laptop
**bad experience end.....(not really)**

After reinstall everything(still using Windows 8.1), there's still some small freeze

I had to install AdvanceSystemCare to avoid this freeze
Still, scan for malware/virus, I found nothing
Installing the latest update doesn't fix this
My startup becomes even more slower and freezing
Clean boot is not helpful
This problem comes even in safe mode
Windows Help and Support window that pop up during safe mode also not responding
Restart takes so much time to finish shutdown and startup

While I turn on the laptop, the time took to loading Windows sometimes fast
Its getting slow after sign in, loading took for half minute
After loaded, only taskbar is loaded with Start Button and Clock
All files and pinned program are load some seconds after the taskbar is loaded

What should I do to end this problem?

Thanks in advance

These simptoms indicate, in 90% of situations, a faulty HDD/SSD. Replacing a HDD should be easy, but if you are under waranty just send it to get fixed.

PS run hdd disk regenerator. Make a bootable usb stick from the program, boot from it and run the software.

Well, I need to get a new pendrive first............
Are there no other method that do the same thing?

Well the Windows getting freeze(sometimes) right just after I format my laptop(there's nothing downloaded program installed obviously) so then I don't think this program(s) give problem to me.....

My RAM is 2GB

P/S : My father's netbook(Windows 7) with 1GB RAM had almost the same thing installed(but even more)
Things installed in his netbook > i.imgur.com/OiypNTR.jpg
The netbook just run fine with startup/shutdown and everything else, the only problem is slow performance due to low-budget netbook

2GB - I... well, I'm amazed it even starts.

I have problem with sfc /scannow
"windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them"
tried in safe mode, still the same result....
how to make it success then?
