Windows 8.1 keeps crashing shortly after launching games or doing anything else

Just as the title says pretty much. Games launch and then i get a blue screen immediately saying: ntfs_file_system. Or it shortly happens after boot saying: system_service_exception. Thanks in advance for any help.

This is a fresh install of windows. I was having this problem earlier and re installed but the problems are still reoccurring.
