Windows 8.1 keeps installing 32bit without asking me

I have a copy of windows8.1 on a flash drive and I don't see the custom option when installing it.
How do I get that ?
The iso says Windows 8.1 32/64
I know it will work because I had 64 bit on this machine previously.

Note:This is a %100 legal copy

you cannot download a legal copy of windows 8 in a single file where you will have both 32 and 64 bit

just revert to them and check with dreamspark people

I go to my account,check my orders and it shows the product key with the name of the file/iso.
It says windows 8.1 Proffesional x32/64.

I have reinstalled windows multiple times using this iso on a flash drive.

Im not sure why its doing that this, but I did resolve it.
