How do I install Windows 8.1 by buying it from <<Link removed by Moderator>>?

It says it's a key but I don't know how to use it.

This all assumes that the product key you purchased is valid.

All you bought was a 'license key'. No actual install media. There is but one place to get a valid ISO file...from MS.

Did you already buy it?
If not, don't.
If yes, attempt to get your money back.

As has been reported here many times, G2A is not a valid reseller or source for OS or game licenses.
There was a thread here a couple fo days ago, where a user could not download a valid ISO file from MS, because that particular license key was either not valid at all, or not a retail key.
