Windows 8.1 keyboard only disabled and can not login

Good day, I've read a few threads on here but since no 2 situations are exactly the same, I couldn't find a solution to my problem. So here I go:
I have a MSI laptop, I just wiped C drive clean and reloaded windows 8.1. Now after all the driver installs, updates, disk cleanup and defrag; I restarted it but I can not login to the laptop because my keyboard is disabled for whatever reason. But if it makes any difference, my mouse still works.

And to make things more interesting, I haven't got around to create a restore point or a recovery USB yet.

So I've tried rebooting with F3 and finding an option to enable/disable keyboard but since my computer knowledge is limited, I can't seem to find a way to enable/disable my keyboard on startup.

My last option, which I don't want to attempt unless I absolutely have to, is to ''reset this pc'' because it takes for ever to complete...

My question: How can I either enable/disable my keyboard through the F3 boot key? OR
How can I disable the security login screen through F3?

Please remember that I don't have a recovery cd/USB and that there are no restore points (I've tried that already)

Thanks everyone for taking the time to read my post and help !!

Paul
