HI Guys, need help.

I was using Windows 7 with no issue.
Recently I got Samsung 840 EVO SSD, and installed Win 8.1.
As there is no chipset driver listed for my mobo model site so I have not installed anything for my mobo.
But I see some lag going on in my machine when I open any heavy programs.
For example.
I am surfing on chrome/mozilla and open up Adobe Illustrator, then until it loads completely the mouse lags a lot. The system get slow up and looks like I am using a very old PC.
I have never seen this while using Win7.

What can be the issue?

As my system is good, I do not think it is hardware fault?
My System specs:
AMD Phenom II X6 1090BE
CM Hyper 212 EVO
ASUS m4a88t - m
EVGA GeForce GTX 660
16GB Corsair RAM
SeaSonic X Series X650 Gold
CM Trooper
2 HDD
1 SSD

Thanks in adv for suggestion or any kind of help.

Yes that seems to be the cause of the problem. What I would do is go to the manufactures website and see if you can find the download for the driver. If they do not have a driver download contact their support staff or sumbit a ticket and I am more than sure they can help you address and fix your issue.
Try updating all your drivers and software. I have around the same setup, and I have yet to experience this issue. I think updating all your software and hardware drivers and that should fix the problem. If the problem continues just let me know.

All other hardware and software are updated.
The problem is there is no chipset driver for m4a88-m for win 8 so I do not know if that is making the problem.
