I'm stuck in an automatic repair loop.I could not recover my Microsoft password so I don't know what to do.

Looks like you need to try the Factory Restore option.
Usually accessed by pressing an F key during boot (usually it's listed along with 'Press Del to enter Setup' message)

Which laptop do you have? We can probably guide you to it if its not obvious, like in Toshiba's

It's a Dell I got 5 yrs ago. I was thinking about that. My last backup was probably a year ago. But I don't have anything critical on there. This kindle fire is ok for Netflix but I miss my computer.
