ive just seen windows 8.1 going for £16.99 is that the full thing? although i prefer 7 or 10. Also what is the difference between windows 8.1 and windows 8.1 pro.

If it's not officially sold by Microsoft or authorized by Microsoft (like Digital River for instance) it is a scam.
