I know it's been asked a lot but no answers are helping me. Currently I am trying to install 8.1 or windows 10. I am getting the dreaded driver error. I have tried multiple xboot drives. Currently have 2 window 8.1 ISO 1 windows 7 and getting windows 10. It seems they are all requesting drivers.

My mb is an Asus ma599x pro 2. I currently can't find the CD for it. So first thing I did was download the chipset/usb 3/sata drivers. Windows keeps telling me they are the wrong drivers.

I have tried bootable Ehdds/flash drives/SATA hdd. Tried usb2 and USB 3. Csm everything I can think of!

Anyone got any suggestions! Kinda have no idea never had this much problem installing windows. Currently only thing i can think of is using my old 990fx board to install windows and swapping MBs. I'll post how the windows 10 install goes when i get off work.
