Windows 8.1 multiple update failure

So i built a new pc and everything works great, but my windows 8.1 updates are going horribly wrong. I found this out because Steam was crashing on big picture mode, and so i looked into the update history. I think 85% or more have failed. The majority error code being 800f0922, but some 80071A91 error codes have been reported as well. Help is greatly appreciated.

Try selecting only a few updates at a time and then installing, some updates can't be installed at the same time and this could be causing the problems.

Nah, already tried that. Ive also tried many of the solutions out there, but none work so far.
