Windows 8.1 PC Crashes All the Time

I have been having this problem where my PC has been crashing, especially when playing BF4. When it crashes it says to look up BAD_POOL_CALLER. I looked it up and I didnt see anything on how to fix it or what it means. please help me as it is rather annoying. It has done it 8 times today.

First try uninstalling and re-installing your Graphics Driver.
If this proves fruitless, consider running your system on one stick of RAM at a time to check that out, or run Memtest 86
