Contrary to the above comment...almost certainly not.

The OS license for that laptop is almost certainly an OEM license, and as such is licensed to that particular motherboard.
And even if you could, now the laptop has no valid OS.
Your new desktop needs its own OS.

Solution? Sell the laptop. Buy a new OS with the proceeds.

The OEM license from the laptop is non-transferable.
In addition, it will not work operationally. The hardware is far too different. It won't boot.
