Windows 8.1 preview

If i format my hard drive and do a clean install of windows 8.1 preview, can i later buy the upgrade to full windows 8 from Microsofts store online?

I believe that you cannot. You will have to back-up files, and install programs later on.

Duplicate of yesterday's post. You do not own an os that is eligible to upgrade. You cannot buy the upgrade. Oem is $90 vs the upgrade at $120 so doesn't make sense anyways.
