Windows 8.1 pro and minecraft

Does, or has Anyone had issues running Minecraft on windows 8.1 pro? I need help I'm tired of trying in futility

I have windows 8.1 and I have never had problems running minecraft. I have a gtx 770 with i5 4670k and I get an average of around 150fps (120fps min to up to 300+fps when digging or in caves) I run at max settings with Open Gl on, and v-sync off.
