Hi I'm having trouble logging into my PC. After the Windows logo appears the blue screen says "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some info, and then we'll restart for you." Then my computer restarts and the same thing happens. I don't know if this may have caused the problem but after I shut down my PC at night I use the power switch to turn off the light on my motherboard because I don't like sleeping with the light on. I'm able to go into my BIOS but not Safe Mode. I tried Shift+F8 to get into Safe Mode but it's not working. I also don't have the Windows CD/DVD. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
