Windows 8.1 pro freezes. I need some proffesinal help.

I recently bought a new computer which cost me around 2000$ and i don't know what is the problem. I've spent a lot of money on this computer, It was my dream pc.
It keeps freezing and i don't have control on nothing except the Reset button which is my only option.
My Opearting System is : Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit. I really don't know what is the problem here. But if you guys will help me solve it, It will be much appreciated and i will finally play without worries..

1. Computer specs.
2. Any recent programs you installed.
3. Any error msgs.
4. Anti virus installed?
5. Genuine windows?
