Hi guys, i recently acquired me a new pc, where i have two harddrives.
One SSD, one harddrive.

I installed windows 8.1 on the SSD, and started downloading stuff onto my computer, but then i realized it was being downloaded down to my SSD, and not my HDD.

So i transfered everything over except the OS,
then i restarted it, and the desktop was totally wiped + windows wasn't working properly.

But i can't reset it nor download stuff, since it says i can't find my desktop folder.

(HELP PLS)

Just pop in the disk and reinstall windows to the SSD. It would be nearly impossible to find the exact file(s) that were modified without being able to boot up windows.

@USAFRet
- I copied all the files, such as program files x86 and the user folder. (Actually everything except the folder called windows.)
- After i copied everything over to my HDD, i deleted the files on my SSD.

@Zpetersen015
- Well, i somehow managed to optimize the pc, even though nothing happens when i press the buttons in the setting called "Updating and recovery".
Anyhow, now i can boot it up fine, and via a little usb drive i got, i can go into the google folder that i copied over and press "New Chrome", so i can access the internet, but i can't copy it over to my desktop nor to my
SSD (C) or HDD (E).

- Whenever i boot up, or try to move something, It says that there is someting wrong with this folder: E:\Users\Oliver\Desktop
(Something about it not being able to connect to it.)

- But when i try to insert something into the folder called: E:\Users\Oliver\Desktop, it doesn't show up on the desktop, but when i try it on the: C:\Users\Oliver\Desktop, which is the SSD drive, it does show up.

That does not work. At all.
Before you do ANYTHING else, try to copy those folders back to the SSD.

Let us know if this goes OK.
