Windows 8.1 problems

Hey, I'm new to PC gaming, yesterday went to go turn on my PC, it had things like blue error screens saying "diagnosing your PC" can anyone help me?

it was diagnosing your windows because something went corrupt and will fix it if its done you dont need to worry about it.

Yes it does but the it goes to a screen like " automatic repair"?

Does this happen when you boot up the computer?

I tried all of them but "refresh PC" and fresh start PC :/

Yes this does happen when I boot it up, everything was running fine, I turned it off, come back 3 hours later and it was like this
