Hey. My Windows 8.1 has been freezing randomly, and I am very frustrated at this point. I have replaced the CPU, MB, RAM, GPU, and Hard drive. I sent it to a local technician because I was clueless. He states that he did a "diagnosis" and tested different components on my PC. He concluded in saying that my CPU was faulty and that I needed to replace it. Thing is, I recently RMAed my CPU (AMD FX 6300) because of a faulty mem controller. That kind of conclusion cost 100$, what a rip-off! I don't understand... I replaced my CPU, and now this guy is going to tell me I have another faulty CPU?? I asked what CPU he tested, and of course, he did not know. All he knew was that it fit in my motherboard. Could it be a CPU issue, or should I look into something else?
