Question Windows 8.1 runtime error 217

What does this mean and how to repair my PC?

I got the following a runtime errors on my Windows 8.1 laptop:

runtime error 217 at 03653BFB
runtime error 217 at 036B3BFB
runtime error 217 at 036F3BFB

I then ran sfc /scannow.
When finished I got the below report from scannow.

Verification 100% complete.

I was downloading a video using Internet Download Manager. The little error box popped up and simply said: runtime error 217 at . . . the listed above numbers.
