WIndows 8.1 Slow interenet issue

I have 2 boot drives one has 8.1 the other 10. I cant figure out why windows 8.1 is slower than 10. I have almost identical programs on both diferent games maybe. I cant figure it out because windows 10 im getting like 10 down but on windows 8.1 im only getting 2 down.

some programs like amd and nvidia feed back act like malware. make sure there off. look at what running in start upo on windows 8.1 make sure malware did not get you. try turning off everyting in start up see if it speeds up. also see if anti virus is damaged.

This has been a issue before. i have reformatted a bunch of times over the years and every once in a while my internet goes to shit but recently i picked up a copy of windows 10. I literally can go on my windows 10 drive and see 10 mbp down. Im looking into whats running and cant figure it out. im watching a network monitoring and its at 0%
