windows 8.1 slowly boot's up

my pc is
I7 4790K
asus maximus vii ranger
16 gb ram
1 ssd 250 gn (os installed on these one)
1tb hitachi 7200
1tb wd 7200
I have attached link to movie of 39 seconds till the windows is power on I think it slow according that I have an ssd inside, I also installed the Samsung magician and configure it out

I think it's take to long time at the bios , what I can do with?

Mines about the same. 20 seconds to bios. And another 20 second before Windows loads.

Last PC it took 3 minutes to load.

I think to my opinion that it is slow

I would say that is ok but I don't know about the speeds of ssd as my os is stored on a hd and it takes about 1 - 2 mins to set up everything up.

I saw that there is option of UEFI boot and that it faster but I didn't find it...maybe cause my os is upgrade from win 8 to 8.1?
