Windows 8.1 Test Mode Build 9600

My computer when I turned it on has a watermark at the bottom right that says Test Mode Windows 8.1 Build 9600.

I wanna know how I can fix this, what it does, and where I got it from.

I already tried typing bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF into an admin command prompt. I tried doing the same after copying the command prompt straight to my C drive.


PLEASE HELP THIS IS BUGGING ME!
