Windows 8.1 Update Issue

I updated to windows 8.1 but after applying the settings, it is saying "Restoring Your Previous Version of Windows" and nothing else from past one week. What shall I do? Please help me....

I didnt see anything except that.....

i will suggest installing windows 8.1 from installation disc or usb rather than updating which will prevent you from getting errors.
