Windows 8.1 updates even that I turned off automatic updates

So two days ago I turned off automatic updates on windows 8.1 x64 and before when auto updates were on, when I tryied to turn off it would write: update and shut down. Now I turned off auto updates and when i tried to turn of it did write just shut down , but when I clicked it It started massive update that is "keep ur pc on until its done. Installing update 1 of 3" and didnt move for last hour.

1) NEVER keep your computer un-updated. Proper updates are far more effective at keeping you safe than any AV software.
2) If your computer already "installed" the updates before you turned off automatic updates, it will continue the install of those updates it "installed" during shutdown. That is perfectly normal.
