Windows 8.1 upgrade to 10 always fails, NEED HELP

My free upgrade is about to expire so i'm looking to finally fix this, you guys are my best chance. I don't know much about event logs but this is from startup to upgrade to restart, here it is:

It's not a laptop, so I dont think that will work for me.

I decided to do a clean install of 8.1 and then made a bootable usb drive to upgrade windows 10. Everything is finally working the way it should.
