I am currently using Windows 8. I want to know about all the versions of Windows 8.1. Besides, I want to know whether Windows Media Centre is added with any version of Windows 8.1.
There is basically only two versions of 8.1, Pro and standard. There is no advantage to using Pro unless you're in a corporate environment. If you want windows media center you need to purchase the windows 8.1 pro pack add on, not to be confused with the windows 8.1 Pro VERSION.

There are two versions, windows 8.1 (sometimes called vanilla), and windows 8.1 Pro. Only get the Media Center pack if you like watching TV on your computer and/or want to play dvds on your computer. (However, there are a bunch of free DVD programs...)
And also, windows 8.1 and 8.1 Pro accept more than 64GB of RAM now. Where as windows 7 home premium only supported 16GB of RAM and pro/ultimate supported 64GB RAM.
