Windows 8.1 vs Windows 10 for school computer

So I am getting a new computer for school usage, and I wanted to know whether or not I should load Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 onto it. Specially, it's a Dell OptiPlex 760.

Windows 10, better operating system, even on lower specs, although Dell have not tested the Optiplex 760 with it.
