Windows 8.1 x64 temporary pageing file at startup

I keep getting this error.

A search turned up this post but the solutions didn't work for me.

Have you altered the size of your page file at all? Have you moved it to another drive like in other post?

I have 189GB left and I've tried everything on those posts

ExistPageFiles looks weird. I haven't used the c drive for a page file since I installed Windows on it.

i try to avoid looking in registry and I am not sure what \?? means in a command line, did you look at details as might be it links to all locations of page files, not just C

My pagefile ssd is apparently dying. I put the page file on my HDD and that hasn't popped up again so far. I had reformatted and the same issue occurred but the ssd kept disappearing so I removed it from my computer and everything is working a lot better. It was an old SSD

That will do it too. Good it was giving signs, often SSD just stop working
