windows 8.1pro redscreen when playing bf4

when i play bf4 i get a redscreen and after some seconds my pc shutsdown.
what can i do to fix this ?

i have the newest drivers for my r9 280x

My pc
- Motherboard: Asus crosshair iv formula
- CPU: Amd x6 1100t 4Ghz
- GPU: XFX r9 280x
- PSU: Corsair ax 750
- RAM: Kingston 8gb ddr3
- Harddisk: Kingston v300 ssd

sounds to me like bad drivers, or a bad GPU.

Does this happen in other games and benchmarks? Or just BF4?

Have you tried any old stable drivers to see if they work?

i get redscreen only when i play bf4, when i play dayz,lol,wow,cs:go and boarderlands it runs fine, i have not tried benchmark yet.

If there are no problems in other games then I am going to guess that this is a software issue. Try reinstalling the game and/or your video card driver... if that does not work then try a beta driver and see if that fixes the issue. AMD is really hit and miss on their drivers, but they will probably get it fixed fairly soon.

i have now done a fresh install of bf4 and my drivers, i have tried a few drivers for my video card but nothing works.
i still get redscreens, it varies when it comes and its really annoying
