windows 8 64bit

ive just got windows 8 did a clean install and finished installing but keep getting the dreaded black screen ive also tryed windows 7 windows xp the only operating system that as worked has been ubuntu

Is your pc a new build? did you get a new SSD or HDD and that is why you are clean installing? more details please
