Windows 8 activation?

Right, this is driving me insane. I'll keep it short. I'm trying to activate windows 8 on my new Acer Aspire ES1-512. I've tried basic things like reinstalling windows through the windows AND Acer ones. I've reinstalled 3 times in total. I've used two different extractors to retrieve the product key and OEM key and guess what.. Neither of them work? When I type in either key it says 'this key isn't valid' or 'this isn't the correct key for this activation'. I've also tried using the online activation and manual activation with the long code. What is happening?

Does this have anything to do with the phone activation? Because I've also tried that. I'll try this when I'm home though, thanks.

What license key are you using, and where did the install come from?

New, it should activate no problem. You should not have to enter a key for this.
I suggest contacting Acer.
