From that video, my first guess would be a hardware issue. Try removing as many RAM sticks (save for one) as you can from the system and then power back on. Be sure to unplug the AC line and remove the battery before removing any RAM, as we don't want to risk damaging it. Power the system back on and see what happens. If taking all but one ram stick out doesn't help, also try swapping the one stick you left in, with another one you took out (assuming you have two or more ram slots in that laptop).
If that doesn't work, also try removing the hard drive (you should be able to remove both of these parts without voiding your warranty).
