your system file checker had errors it could not correct. Normally, this happens when malware modifies both the current copy of a file and the backup copy. This also happens on pirate versions of windows.
to fix this I would run a malwarebytes to remove malware, then
run cmd.exe as an admin then run:
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
this command will get a replacement copy of the bad file from a trusted source on the internet.
I would then reboot and re run the
sfc.exe /scannow command to confirm the system was repaired.
Note: if you have a bootleg copy of windows your activation hack will be removed and the pirate key will be rejected.
