Windows 8 boots with huge icons

I recently bought a new computer and it's a windows 8.1. The problem is that *sometimes* when I boot it, the icons are too big. Also, I can see it at the screen that asks me my password that the text is too big. So I don't think it's only the icons that boot wrong. Resizing the icons does not help, since next time I boot, there is again a chance that everything is too big again. This is really annoying since I have to boot the computer mostly twice to have a normal screen. I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks

Did you install the video drivers?

I don't know what you mean with video drivers, sorry. I bought the computer as windows 8, I didn't install it myself.

Look in device manager is there a videocard entry? Does anything here have a ? beside it?
