Has anyone attempted a windows 8 build with a Origenae S21T? If I am not mistaken Windows 8 has touch support beyond any other previous major OS? Will the touch screen on this unit be able to take advantage of what Windows 8 can do? If you had this case and $1000 for windows 8 and the necessary components how would you build a HTPC/gaming system?

I don't have the system. I am thinking of building a system and either custom installing a touch screen or buying a chasis with one in it. As I weigh the alternatives I'm wondering what impact Win 8 and the metro GUI, which I actually don't mind, should have. I can see myself using a 7/10" touch screen interface a lot if I could make it work the way new laptops work with Win 8.

Apart from the 10 Drive capacity, probable efficient cooling and swivel-able monitor, I don't see the attraction! A quality desktop with an HD touchscreen featuring adjustable angles and nearly flush to the table top might be a possibility, a quick look turned up this one...

Somewhere between a tablet and a standard monitor? Been thinking along similar lines as I have Parkinson's and mouse/keyboard getting difficult to operate!
