Windows 8 crash

Hello,

I got a prob with my PC, when i am like 30 minutes just interneting it sometimes just randomly crashes. But the weird thing is when i am gaming it never crashes. BTW i am not getting anny errors or blue screens it just shuts down. I dont know at all what the prob is.
My hardware:
Amd fx 9370
Nvidia gtx 560ti
ASRock 990FX Extreme9
Western digital 500gb hardisk
Corsair force 3 SSD

I would start monitoring your Temps and voltage. (speedfan)

I am doing it sometimes but my cpu is always around the 20-30 when i am interneting. And my GPU is always around the 40-60 when i am gaming internet is most of the time 40. But it isnt overheated because then it would crash when i am game'ing.

I think i fixed it, i changed my power settings. I dont know for sure yet.

It isnt fixed yet, it just happened again. When somebody knows a solution please say it .
