Hi all, I have recently installed Windows 10 (which failed horrendously leaving me in a crash loop) which has caused me to have to buy a new HDD (wd blue). So I still had my Win 8 install disk which still worked, saving 100 dollars I installed Win 8 on the computer and it began working. However not sure whether i've done stuff wrong but I have gotten many blue screens which include: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA etc. I didn't install all the Windows updates to begin with and when I installed steam and installed Dota 2 it said that I couldn't install it and some files were corrupt. I googled this and it said I needed to install the Intel Rapid storage driver, what happened? It said my system didn't meet minimum requirements. My specs are...

H60 corsair AIO water cooler which I haven't checked in a while
WD blue 1tb
8 GB Corsair vengeance ram 1600MHZ

Also when I attempted to install win 8.1 it said I needed to install more updates, so I check for more and there are none, instead it pops up with an error which I also needed Intel rapid storage for. So I am resetting the PC at the moment and having a fresh start, I may need instructions on what to do after the reset.
