Windows 8 Desktop "Projection"

I don't know what to exactly call it but there's a shadow of my desktop underneath my actual desktop.. Like underneath my toolbar I see another toolbar that is not actually there. How do I fix this? There are files and folders on my desktop that aren't actually there and I can't click on them. Here's what it looks like: http://imgur.com/LFL8Pii

Try changing wallpapers. It looks like someone took a screenshot of your desktop and made it your wallpaper.

Weird. Must have.. When I set the wallpaper it didn't do that then one day randomly it started doing that. Changing the desktop worked.. Should have thought of that.
