Windows 8 download?? HELP

HI all,

I have been asked to build a PC for a friends son for Xmas..I have been doing some of that today.

I have been asked to put Windows 8.1 on it, but as its a new build, I am uncertain of the best way to get Windows 8.1 onto it .

I have seen a single licence download for £59.99 with no disc....a boxed and disc version would push me over that and I am running out of budget.

Can anyone please suggest the best and quickest way to load 8.1 onto the new motherboard...

That looks a bit too cheap for the UK market.
If it is significantly cheaper than from MS or any major retailer, beware.

MS sets the price. Much below that....may be bogus.
