windows 8 enterprise to pro

hi it my first build so i wanted to cut cost so i let someone install win 8 and he installed win 8 enterprise but let say it not orignal or not legitimate because in where im from this happen so im asking can i turn my enterprise to a pro and that make it legitmate and how i can make my copy legitimate because my os is runing wild and stuck at repairing and it wont work or start and i cant do a fresh install because my win is is not legitimate

Buy a legal copy of Windows 8 Pro and do a clean installation. There is no other way.

As ex_bubblehead said, there is no way to do that. You need to acquire a legitimate license and do a fresh install.

Yes, so back them up first.

i cant get in to my pc it stuck on diagnosing and repairing

Then remove the drive and attach it to another PC, back up your files, then reinstall the drive and install Windows.
