Windows 8 expirience problem

I have problem with windows 8 expirience grade. When i click run assessment it starts checking my pc and when its done notting happend there is no grade an then i click view and print detailed performance i get error could not create detailis page.
Is there any solution for this?

My laptop is working normaly I can run games and surf the net, watch movies and everithyng.

not sure why that's happening but I know people will tell you not to worry about the windows experience grade as its pretty useless. if your laptop is running normally, don't worry about it

Windows Experience Index scoring was removed from Windows 8. You have to dig to find the leftovers. The reason it's not reporting a score is because while you managed to run the tests, Windows 8 is not supposed to show the scores, so the behavior you are experiencing is by design. It was a pretty meaningless metric, even when it was shown.
